SHIPPING & PROCESSING
At Grace Victory, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 days and shipped within 7-10 business days of payment. For purchases made during the Holidays and/or major sales, then the processing time is 1-5 days and shipped within 10 to 15 business days. We only ship Tuesday through Friday, our standard shipping is PRIORITY MAIL.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
During major sales, our shipping time is 10 to 15 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE SHIPPING UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
DUE TO COVID, SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED AT TIMES. PLEASE USE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Grace Victory, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If there is an issue with your received order (wrong items received), you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your items. We will gladly PROVIDE AN EXCHANGE for items that are returned PRIORITY MAIL. Items must be in original sealing and un-manipulated/styled in order to receive an exchange.
You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been issued.
TRACKING MY ORDER
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email where your tracking number is provided. This tracking number will detail your expected delivery date and time. In addition to the initial confirmation email, you will receive an automatic "Out for Delivery" as well as a "Delivered" email.
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Grace Victory is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid and safe address to have your items shipped sent to. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered. Please contact the carrier for detailed tracking information and/or to file a claim for missing shipments.
